Ticket Attachments
If there are attachments with the email, they appear in the Ticket Details page. Additional files can be attached to the original message (one at a time).
You can attach multiple files when replying or forward the conversation.
File Upload Limits
There is a limit of 10MB each for each file that is uploaded to a ticket or reply with attachment.
Supported File formats
Following are the supported file formats.
File extensions: png, jpg, jpeg, doc, text, pdf, docx, xls, csv, zip.
