Ticket Category

Ticket Category is provided to have an organised workflow. Ticket categories are very useful to create efficient reports and dashboard view for the management for an overall picture.

Ticket Category is a mandatory field to create a ticket. In automatic ticket creation, the ticket is assigned a default category.
