Ticket Due Date
Every new ticket has a definite time to resolve. The due date-and-time to resolve a ticket is automatically generated based on the ticket priority and the SLA associated with that priority.
Ticket Due Date is displayed in ticket detail page.
Additionally, a countdown timer is also displayed in the Ticket Details page.
The Ticket List can be sorted based on the due date.
Users can click on the due by date and search through a custom date criteria.
Pre-defined date ranges are also provided for user convenience.
