Ticket Requester
Ticket Requester is an identifier which indicates who requested the ticket. Technicians can create the ticket on behalf of any user with their consent. Ticket Requester is a mandatory field to create a ticket. In automatic ticket creation, the ticket inherits the requester from the email which created the ticket.
The Ticket’s Requester is displayed in the Ticket’s Detail page.
Ticket Requester is also displayed in the Ticket List View so the tickets can be sorted by Ticket Requester.
Tickets can be searched by the Ticket Requester using Advanced Filters.
