Ticket Subject
Subject is the introduction that identifies the ticket’s intent and should tell the technician what the message is about.
Subject is a mandatory field to create a ticket. In automatic ticket creation, the Ticket inherits the subject from the email which created the ticket.
The Ticket’s subject is displayed in the Ticket’s Detail page.
Ticket subject is also displayed in the Ticket List View so the tickets can be sorted in ascending or descending order.
Ticket can be searched by the subject in the search bar.
